We have assisted numerous public institutions (ministries, cities, counties) in strengthening their own administrative and absorption capacities, drafting internal regulations and operating manuals, strategic and planning documents.
In addition, the Plavi partner ltd. has successfully implemented public procurement procedures for Public Procurement Obliged Persons and Non-Purchasing Organisations (three of our employees have valid certificates in the field of public procurement).
In addition, our experts have worked on the preparation and implementation of a number of EU projects, and have an excellent knowledge of the overall EU funds system in Croatia, as well as EU-wide fund regulations and management systems.
We are proud that two of our employees are the authors of the book "EU Policies and Funds 2014-2020", the first book in Croatia to cover all key European policies for the 2014-2020 programming and financial years. It gives an overview of all EU funds and programs and initiatives and clearly and understandably describes the fund regulations in this period. The book came to two editions.
Other specific knowledges are in the field of strategic planning, finance and budgeting with emphasis on program and multi-year budget planning, linking budgets with strategic plans and goals (national and EU strategies), knowledge on establishing a system for measuring the effectiveness of budget spending and knowledge in the field financial management and control.
Our experts are frequent guest lecturers on topics related to EU funds at faculties, and other educational institutions (e.g. Faculty of Economics Rijeka, VERN' University of Applied Sciences, Effectus – University College for Finance and Law, Global Business School IGBS, Croatian Chamber of Commerce, Croatian Bar Association and others).
In addition, we can boast with experience in some of the most important EU-funded public projects in the Republic of Croatia, such as:
- Reconstruction and construction of the Vinkovci - Tovarnik line - state border (project value 62 million Euros);
- Construction of drainage and sewerage system of the City of Karlovac and Duga Resa (project value 36 million Euros).
