National plan for the development of ports of special (international) economic interest for the Republic of Croatia.

The project consists of three main activities. The first activity relates to the drafting of the National Plan, the second activity relates to the promotion and visibility of the project, while the third activity relates to the project management service. The goal of the Plan is to create a business, technological, infrastructural and organizational framework that will guarantee: uniform, coherent and sustainable development of ports of economic interest and international importance; which will strive to achieve a positive competitiveness of our ports in relation to the surrounding ports; which will provide more favourable conditions for the establishment and maintenance of business and financial self-sustainability of all key economic entities of port operations.
