The incidence and treatment of cancer are becoming an increasing challenge to health systems worldwide. Even more so in Croatia where indicators of detection and treatment outcomes of cancer patients are at worrying levels. This project will create preconditions for introducing innovative processes in the treatment of cancer and metastatic disease. Innovative health services will be based on cutting edge equipment and established innovative processes. With the implementation of the project, treatment of many forms of cancer and metastatic diseases at Special Hospital Radiochirurgia will be at the highest level in the world in terms of treatment efficiency, duration, number of interventions, quality of life of patients, and treatment outcomes.
